NAO Viewer
NAO® Viewer is the real-time visualization and supervision interface of the NAO® Suite. It provides operational teams with a clear, unified and actionable view of indoor location data, enabling them to monitor people, assets, zones and events as they occur.
Connected directly to NAO® Track, NAO® Maps and NAO® Cloud / NAO® Server, NAO® Viewer transforms raw location data into an operational interface combining maps, dashboards and alerts. It is designed to support day-to-day operations in complex environments such as hospitals, airports, industrial sites, transport infrastructures and large public facilities.
Real-time cartographic visualization
NAO® Viewer displays the real-time position of tracked objects—such as tags, smartphones or equipment—directly on indoor maps provided by NAO® Maps. Positions are continuously updated and accurately represented across multi-floor and multi-building environments.
Operators can visualize movements, presence and distribution of people or assets across zones, enabling immediate situational awareness. This cartographic view allows teams to quickly understand what is happening on the ground and to react efficiently when anomalies or incidents occur.
Integration with NAO® Flow and analytics
NAO® Viewer is tightly integrated with NAO® Flow, allowing operators to visualize journeys, movement histories and flow-related events directly on maps. This integration enables teams to switch seamlessly between real-time supervision and historical analysis.

Supervision of zones, assets and alerts
NAO® Viewer enables the supervision of operational zones and geofences defined within the NAO® platform. It allows teams to monitor zone occupancy, detect unauthorized presence and follow movements across sensitive or restricted areas.
Alerts generated by NAO® Track, NAO® Mobile SDK or business rules configured in NAO® Cloud are displayed in real time within NAO® Viewer. Alerts are geolocated and contextualized, helping operators assess situations quickly and coordinate appropriate responses.
Dashboards and operational monitoring
NAO® Viewer provides dashboards that aggregate key operational indicators related to location, presence, alerts and activity. These views allow teams to monitor system status, track ongoing events and assess operational performance at a glance.
