NAO Flow

Flow supervision and journey tracking

NAO® Flow is a secure web application designed to manage and analyze the movement of BLE tags attached to assets or people. It enables organizations to supervise logistics and operational flows at the level of a site, a department or an entire facility.

NAO® Flow is specifically designed to track journeys and sequences of movement, providing visibility into how people or equipment circulate through defined stages and areas. By leveraging historical position data generated by NAO® Track, the application allows teams to understand real operational behavior rather than theoretical processes.

Anomaly detection and operational efficiency

NAO® Flow continuously analyzes movement data to detect anomalies within predefined workflows, such as excessive dwell times during a transit phase or unexpected route deviations. When such situations occur, alerts can be generated to notify operational staff and enable corrective action.

By identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, NAO® Flow helps reduce delays, save time for field teams and improve overall flow efficiency. The application transforms raw location history into actionable insights that support operational performance.

Visualization, deployment and customization

NAO® Flow allows BLE tags to be associated with people or equipment, searched using predefined filters and visualized either on maps or in structured lists. Tags can be detached at the end of a journey, supporting lifecycle management of tracked assets.

NAO® Viewer is integrated by default within NAO® Flow, providing cartographic visualization of movements and positions. The solution can be deployed as a SaaS platform hosted on Amazon Web Services or as a self-hosted deployment using Docker containers. It is accessible through standard web browsers and via secure MQTT APIs.

Statistical views and dashboards within NAO® Flow can be customized on demand to match specific business requirements, allowing each organization to focus on the indicators that matter most to its operations.
