Museums and Theme Parks

Improved visitor services and reception, reduced operating costs, rationalized content, and heightened image thanks to geolocalized digital services.

The NAO Campus® indoor localization service was implemented at La Cité de l’espace in Toulouse.

The largest European theme park devoted to the space field, the Cité de l’espace accommodates 300,000 visitors a year in a multi-floor highly complex environment. With NAO Campus®, localization service is available both indoors, on all floors throughout the exhibition area, and outdoors without any indoor-outdoor transition problems.

Indoor geolocalization is now accessible for visitors on their smartphones by downloading the application provided by La Cité de l’espace.
The entire visitor service and reception strategy has been redesigned with the NAO Campus® indoor localization service making it possible to offer the following services:

o Real-time updating of content,
o Provides complementary information based on where the visitor is located on site and his or her profile
o Uses a multimedia content data base shared with the website
